SpaceX - Falcon Heavy Test Launch

Watch it Live!

Question: What makes this launch different than all the rest?

Well the answer is simple, unlike other SpaceX launches from historic Cape Canaveral, this will be the first launch attempt of the Falcon Heavy Rocket, which boasts a stunning total of three Falcon 9 Rockets firing a combined 27 Merlin Engines running in tandem at the time of liftoff, making it the most powerful engine in the world by a factor of two...
If successful, it will mark the first step on SpaceX's journey to Terraforming Mars and possibly the kickstart of our generations Space Race!

Spacecraft Navigation by Pulsars

I've always loved Pulsars, they're just about my favorite astronomical body in the universe, second to only the Magnetar. One of the main things that makes them so cool is how accurately they emit their light sources, or more specifically -- their beams of electromagnetic radiation.

And now, we are learning how to use these light sources to determine navigational awareness in outer space (very much the way that we use our GPS system here on Earth)

Left at the Next Pulsar: Spacecraft Could Navigate by the Stars

An illustration of the NICER mission aboard the International Space Station. Researchers turned NICER's 56 X-ray telescopes toward four stars called millisecond pulsars to independently locate the position of the space station.

Where's Wall-E...?

I found this picture online a few days ago and had to share it.  Somewhere in this plethora of iconic robots is everyone's favorite Waste Allocation Load Lifter - Earth based...

See how long it takes you to find him, personally I'm embarrassed at how long it took me.
